PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
You will be contacted within a few days after tryouts have ended.
Once you are offered a position on a team you will need to do the following:

At the In Person Sign In

  1. Complete registration form
  2. Medical Release Form
  3. Two passport size picture of your player.
  4. Copy of players birth certificate or passport.
  5. Uniform order with check. Make Check out to "Eurosport". Also, be sure to double check your sizing remember, you will use them for three years.
  6. Make Payment -Payment Options are available ( Visa, Mastercard , Check , money order and cash will be accepted.

Coaches will be responsible for the following after you sign up:
  1. Confirm Practices: Confirm date and time. Please talk to your coach about details.
  2. Communication: Email is the main form of communication.
  3. Team Camp:  Team camp is included with your registration. You do NOT have to register online or in person for Team Camp just show up. Please notify your coach if you cannot attend.
