Under 6 Age Group

Rules and Recommendations

Time: 8 Minute Quarters kept by the coaches

Numbers : 3 players per team

Referees: Coaches will be on the field and will be the referees

Ball Size: No. 3

Score: There will be no score kept

Goal Kicks: Goal kicks are taken from your defensive side and from the goal line

Corner Kicks: Corner kicks will be taken if the opposing team kicks it out on their side of the goal.

Coaches: Roll in will be used when the ball goes out of play and please allow the offensive team to collect the ball first and then “attack”.

Provide a snack for the children. Most often this is the most important part of the game…everyone wins with a snack at the end!
