TYSA camps are open to players and teams from all TYSA affiliated associations. TYSA has a great group of trainers working with the players this summer, including international soccer player Neil McNab so expect another outstanding soccer training experience. Camp Goals To improve the technical and tactical awareness of each player as an individual and team player. This will be achieved while ensuring an enjoyable and disciplined camp.
Technical Topics Passing, receiving, dribbling, heading, crossing, finishing, tackling, movement, and shielding.
Tactical Topics Role of the goalkeeper, 1st, 2nd,
and 3rd defender, role of the midfielders, role of the 1st and 2nd
attackers, throw ins, free kicks (defending and attacking), possession,
penetration, shape and support, corner kicks (defending and attacking),
and goal kicks.
Camp Information
The fee includes a Camp T-shirt and coach evaluation. Remember to bring a ball, lunch and water bottle. TYSA’s camps are open to players and teams from all GYSA affiliated associations.
