Terry ‘Doc’ Parker is a board-Certified (ATC), state-Licensed (LAT) Athletic Trainer who joined the Tucker Youth Soccer Association in 2003 after serving as the Head Athletic Trainer for the Tulsa (OK) Thunder Soccer Club, the Texans Soccer Club (Houston), and the U S National Youth Soccer Team, respectively. Doc works exclusively with the U14-U19 Boys Select Programs, and has more than 30 years of adolescent sports medicine experience. His professional memberships include the National Athletic Trainers’ Association where he serves as a Peer Reviewer for the NATA Journal, and the Society for Adolescent Medicine where he serves as a Peer Reviewer for the Journal of Adolescent Health. In addition to his work with the Tucker Youth Soccer Association, Doc is a Program Consultant in the CDC’s Division of Adolescent & School Health, and an Adjunct Faculty member in the Department of Behavioral Sciences & Health Education at the Emory University School of Public Health where he teaches Adolescent Health. Doc is also consulted by parents and professionals regarding a wide range of adolescent health and development issues
